AO2000 System for emission monitoring

The AO2000 System is a turn-key system including everything from probe, heated lines, and sample conditioning to reliable and time-tested analyzers of the Advance Optima AO2000 series. It can be operated from the outside

 

  • Integrated system: A compact, completely designed system that integrates all components, from the probe to the analyzers.
  • Modular design: Can be configured with up to four analyzer modules, allowing for the measurement of up to six different gas components in a single system.
  • Flexible measurement: Supports a wide range of analyzer modules, including NDIR and UV photometers, FID analyzers, and oxygen analyzers, to handle diverse measuring tasks.
  • Cold/dry extractive technology: The system is primarily a cold/dry system, which is suitable for many emission monitoring applications, with the exception of hot-wet FID versions. 

The analyzers of the AO2000 System are able to measure up to six sample components simultaneously. The following standardized variants are available:

Software Packages
  • A basic license of Analyze IT Explorer is supplied with the AO2000 System. Software for active support of maintenance personnel in the central monitoring and remote control of the installed analyzers.
  • QAL3 reporting for Analyze IT Explorer.This quality assurance tool complies with the requirements of standard EN 14181 for automated measuring systems (AMS).
