IsoMon Dual-Channel Gas Detection

ATi’s IsoMon Dual-Channel Gas Detection system monitors complete decontamination processes from start to finish, measuring both high and low gas concentration levels.

Dual channel gas monitoring for high & low levels

ATi’s IsoMon dual-channel gas detection system has revolutionised the way sterilisation cycles are processed, monitoring the complete decontamination process from start to finish and measuring gas levels of both high and low concentration.

This unique system has been primarily developed to address the sterilisation needs of the pharmaceutical, biological, medical device manufacturing, defence, industrial, healthcare and food packaging industries, but can also be deployed to reduce the occurrence of hospital-acquired infections and even the decontamination of aircraft cabins.

IsoMon is a first-of-its-kind gas detector that allows both high and low value measurements of Hydrogen Peroxide levels, providing users with reliable validation data regarding the sterilisation of aseptic environments and that they are safe following sterilisation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use one ATi H10 smart gas sensor in multiple devices?

Yes, the ATi H10 smart gas sensor can be plugged into any compatible gas detection device. Also multiple sensors can be used on one device, resulting in a gas detector that can go from measuring Phosgene to Ammonia in less than one minute.

How often should you calibrate the ATi H10 smart gas sensor?

We recommend that the H10 smart gas sensor is calibrated every 6 – 12 months, however this may vary depending upon which gas is being monitored.

Can I tailor a MetriNet solution to suit an application?

Yes, all MetriNet smart water quality solutions are modular. This allows for bespoke units to be built with the flexibility to add further parameters at a later stage.

How many water quality parameters will ATi’s MetriNet monitor?

The ATi MetriNet smart water quality solution can monitor 8 different parameters at once from a total selection of 16
