Job Title: Service Engineer

Company- Aaxis Nano Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Maharashtra (Mumbai/Thane)

Salary- Up to 25000/- (Depends on the performance of the candidate)

We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience working on Hydro met stations and Instrumentation / SCADA systems for a period of at least 3 years and who shall be well-versed in the Operation and Maintenance aspects of the Real-Time Data Acquisition System RTDAS.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· On-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments

· Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing instruments

· Providing technical support to external customers at their location

· Conducting on-site training for customers

· Maintaining timely and necessary documentation

· Creating and updating service information in the company’s database

· Handling field service calls and resolving issues professionally and promptly

· Ensuring customer satisfaction and implementing corrective actions when needed

· Managing data transmission of online systems

· Performing miscellaneous duties relevant to the role of a Field Service Engineer.

Qualification:

· Diploma degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical or Electronics engineering

· Experience in service and maintenance of Environmental monitoring products

· Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
