Sales Instrumentation Manager – Noida

We are looking for a candidate having thorough sales experience in handling Industries for Instrumentation /Environmental Monitoring /SCADA /Automation products.
Responsible for overall developing, implementing, and executing sales & marketing plans for the entire range of solutions in assigned territory.
Experience: 5-7 years in the field of instrumentation /environmental monitoring.
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Instrumentation & Automation
Job Profile
  1. Visits plan & BD meetings as assigned or planned or customer grievances
  2. Sales Plan & preparing sales funnel on CRM
  3. Technical discussion with customers, Demonstration, Presentation of Product Portfolio.
  4. Enquiry to business conversation / Payments / Post Sales assistance or coordination
  5. Risk assessment of enquiries on CRM / Fresh sales with customers’ details
Requirements 
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Flexible to travel
  • Excellent negotiation skills – techno-commercial
  • Regular visits to the customers
  • Good relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  •  Candidates with having experience in managing teams will be preferred.
