Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer

Location: Hyderabad
Salary- Up to 25000/- (Depends on the performance of the candidate)
We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience working on Hydro met stations and Instrumentation / SCADA systems for a period of at least 3 years and who shall be well-versed in the Operation and Maintenance aspects of the Real-Time Data Acquisition System RTDAS.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- On-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments
- Have sale experience
- Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing instruments
- Providing technical support to external customers at their location
- Conducting on-site training for customers
- Maintaining timely and necessary documentation
- Creating and updating service information in the company’s database
- Handling field service calls and resolving issues professionally and promptly
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and implementing corrective actions when needed
- Managing data transmission of online systems
- Performing miscellaneous duties relevant to the role of a Field Service Engineer.
Qualification:
- Diploma degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical or Electronics engineering
- Experience in service and maintenance of Environmental monitoring products
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
